APPLICATIONS
Motexo tunnel ventilation Fans, pomps fresh air using fan tubes to the depths of mine
tunnels due to high static pressure.
In years, Motexo Engineering Department specialized about calculating the pressure loses in tunnels,

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
These fans are produced for customers special requests.
- Can be produced between Ø450 mm - Ø2000 mm with requested diameter and variable blade angels.
- Air Volume is 300.000 m³/h (83,4m³/s)
- Static Pressure is 7000 Pa.
CONSTRUCTION (FAN CASING)
The casing is formed from the Q235 steel sheet with integral supports.
The grey/red/white/orange paint finish is applied after production, optional hot dip galvanization,
furnace paint or epoxy paint is available. On fan casing there is Aerodynmical Conical Inlet
with Wire Guard) and on the outlet of the fan there is a Fan-Tube Converter according to
Fan-Tube dia.
IMPELLER
Impellers are produced from ZAlSi7Mn Aluminium) or Q235 Steel Sheet.
Static and dynamic vibration defects recovered after production according to appropriate ISO norm.
