DIY fan Kelton Flinders has shared some of his favorite finds from retailers like Ikea, Amazon, and Costco.
The first purchase Flinders recommended in a TikTok video shared with his 121K followers was a fake peel and stick backsplash from Amazon. His were the subway tile style.
Flinders said that the backsplash is waterproof and easy to clean. The one thing he wishes he would have done differently is put some glue behind it.
As his walls are textured, this caused the backsplash to come up a little bit in a few places.
The backsplash came in a pack of 10 and he bought 3 packs.
The next addition to his kitchen that Flinders highlighted was a farmhouse-style faucet from Costco.
Rounding up his kitchen finds, he put strip lights from Ikea all the way around the bottom of his kitchen cabinets.
Moving on to his bedroom, he showed off a rolling cart from Ikea that he uses as a nightstand, as well as some succulent plants for decor.
A pendant-style light, also from Ikea, added a nice stylish element to his bedroom as well.
Flinders's final purchase was a modern ceiling fan from Home Depot, the Merwry 52” LED matte black ceiling fan, which can be controlled with a remote.
People in the comments section of Flinders's video were super grateful for the finds.
"That’s probably the only ceiling fan I've ever seen that’s acceptable to put in a house," wrote one.
"I like what you did, looks really good," added a second.
"These are great ideas," a third person wrote.
